I had been introduced to Chelsea through my physiotherapist. I knew what kinesiology was and had a few friends who had studied it and I had even used kin’s for past injuries I had.
I was involved in a bad car accident in early 2020 that kept me from work and training for IRONMAN Arizona. I knew I was with the right practitioner when Chelsea started at the breath level. She focused immediately on my nervous system vs my actual physical injuries-not something I had experienced with other kinesiologists or care practitioners. She spent the first couple sessions teaching me to breathe and focus on calming my nervous system-this allowed her to start addressing the physical component of my injuries.
All of our sessions have been online so far (due to the pandemic) and Chelsea’s ability to address my needs have been incredible. She can coach just as easily from a screen as she can from a clinical space.
Chelsea was able to pinpoint my specific needs and developed a plan that has brought back much of my previous abilities and strengths and has even built on those.
I am deeply grateful for the skill sets Chelsea has honed in on as a professional. She truly knows her ‘stuff’.

I started seeing Chelsea after I had been in a car accident and needed help getting into a condition to live comfortably again.
When I started sessions I was at a very low part of my life. Chelsea changed that for me and brought me to a place I didn’t think I could get to. She supported me with whatever symptoms I was feeling and had an answer for literally everything. The relationship Chelsea built with me made me feel comfortable telling her anything. I was dealing with a lot of anxiety after the accident. She understood how that effected my body and taught me how to take care of myself during those times of stress.
Through highs and lows Chelsea kept in communication and always knew where I was at. Which kept me in line and on the path to healing.
I would recommend Chelsea’s services to anyone; she is amazing. It can be really hard to recover after physical and mental impairments. Having someone like Chelsea support you through these times is a different ball game.
